When sewing enthusiasts get together, we automatically want to know whats your latest project.
During each meeting, we will discuss the latest trends and newly discovered techniques from "The Industry." We love to share, with each other....so we will. <3
Demos – We will have live demos that will either be on Zoom Video recorded and uploaded to YouTube or both. But either way, attendees will have access to demonstrations that will enlighten their sewing journey.
Mission statement – Our mission is to help. We want to help those students that are making a creative change in this world. We will be raising and giving scholarship money and supplies to High School and College students that has committed to the work of fashion design.

These scholarships are geared toward sewing/fashion instruction. They are for those students, who would not have otherwise, had the opportunity to obtain the supplies needed to learn more of their life’s craft.
For Summer Camps...
This scholarship fund provides, those students in need, access to all sewing tools/supplies needed to make projects during summer sewing camps for boys and girls.
During The School Year...
For College students, at the end of the Spring Semester of Houston Community College a scholarship will be presented at The Fashion Show.
For High School, a scholarship will be presented to High school students enrolled in Career and Technical Education Programs (CTE), that is interested in making fashion design their career are sought out to participate. Books, Supplies, & Sewing Machines are raffled and given as investment into their future. Go to www.houstonisd.org/cte for list of schools.
This scholarship fund also provides free seminars/demonstrations, at CTE High Schools, during regular school hours, where the classroom teachers can create a seminar subject or choose from one of five class demonstrations.
